Sansei Technologies, Inc. ("Sansei") passed a resolution at the Board of Directors’ meeting held on February 13, 2025, regarding the change of leadership. Osamu Itagaki, currently Representative Corporate Director and Executive Vice President, has been newly appointed as Representative Corporate Director, President and Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Noboru Rachi, currently Representative Corporate Director, President & CEO, will become Representative Corporate Director and Chairman of the Board, also effective April 1, 2025.
